Customer reviews for 'Prison Break: Season Two'

«The last great season of PB»

We all know how solid season 1 is,season 2 doesn't fall far behind..it's long enough to keep you entertained for a good few days and even after watching it a few times It's still nerve racking and intense.

«Can't Stop Watching It»

Let me start off by saying I enjoyed the entire season as much as the first. I love how every episode rolls right into the next (nice thing about box sets) and I find myself staying up way too late because I have to watch "Just one more". The character development is great. T-Bag is a perfect example. The guy is a complete dirtbag that should catch a bullet but you can't help but respect his intelligence and tenacity. You hate him and like him all at the same time. Now for what drives me insane. The consistency of firearms in the show is absolutely atrocious. I am no "gun expert" and they could hire someone of my caliber (pun intended) and I would be able to sort out every issue they have and they are many. For a show that caters to an audience that is likely to a basic familiarity of firearms their "gun stuff" is inexcusable. Two examples. Same "scene", two different angle of the same character and they have two different guns. Different manufacturers even. The second example is that no one takes guns and ammunition of neutralized characters for later use. Only a fool on the run from everyone and their brother would leave a situation without taking the free firearms in the room especially considering on numerous occasions those firearms could have gotten them out of trouble. Ok, enough complaining about the gun stuff.

In conclusion, good fun fast paced show. A bit over the top and a little thin on continuity but I plan on polishing off seasons 3, 4 and "Final Break".

«This Show is Like A Drug»

I never watched this show on TV. I had heard about it but I couldn't add one more to my queue. Then the show ended after season 5, my shows went on hiatus for the summer, and I wanted a show to watch. I have to say, I'm not only glad I picked this show, I'm glad I actually waited until now. I blew through the first season real fast and thought maybe I'd take a break, except that didn't happen because of the nice cliffhanger at the end so immediately in went season 2.

Like I said in the title, this show is like a drug. I blew through season 2 faster than the first season. They're out, they're on the run, the Fox River Eight. T-Bag is the villain you love to hate. Scofield is still the modern day MacGuyver. Sucre gets far more interesting. Burrows really is able to reveal his bad-@$$ nature, and the plot continues to thicken with "The Company". I'll warn you, you're not going to want to stop here, you might want to just get the entire collection and take a vacation so you can watch it all.

The show has everything, glamour, mystery, intrigue and a fair bit of fight action
